Promotional campaign rules of Fibank and RENTASKUT OOD

1. PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN 1.1. The promotional campaign (the „Campaign“) is organized and conducted by First Investment Bank AD, EIC: 831094393, with registered office and management address: Sofia city, Mladost district, Tsarigradsko shose Blvd. No. 111P (hereinafter referred to as “ Fibank“, „Organizer“ or „the Bank“), together with RENTASKUT OOD, EIC: 204078728, with registered office and management address: city of Sofia, district „Izgrev“, street „Nikolay Haitov“ No. 2, entrance A, floor .4, app. A6 (hereinafter referred to as „Merchant“).
1.2. The campaign is conducted in accordance with the terms of these Rules (hereinafter referred to as „Rules“).
2. DEFINITIONS 2.1. CARD – a valid debit and/or credit card issued by First Investment Bank AD. 2.2. CARDHOLDER – a natural person in whose name a card has been issued by Fibank. 2.3. PARTICIPANT – cardholder who owns a debit and/or credit card issued by Fibank and makes a payment with it in the „Shearescoot“ mobile application during the Campaign period under item 4. 2.4. MERCHANT – a supplier who provides a discount when paying in the Shearescoot mobile application within the Campaign.
3. PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN RULES 3.1. The rules have been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Bulgarian legislation and are published on Fibank’s website: https://www.fibank.bg, where they are available throughout the Campaign period. 3.2. Each Participant must familiarize himself with the Rules. The rules govern the conduct of the Campaign and the participants are obliged to comply with them. The organizer reserves the right to supplement or change these Rules, and the changes are announced in advance on the page where they are published. 3.3. The applicable Bulgarian legislation shall apply to matters not settled in these Rules.
4. DURATION OF THE CAMPAIGN 4.1. The campaign runs from 00:00 on 17/09/2024 to 23:59 on 31/10/2024.
5. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE 5.1. The right to participate in the Campaign is given to any participant who, within the Campaign period, has made a payment with a debit and/or credit card issued by Fibank, in the mobile application „Sheareascoot“ in accordance with the requirements and conditions of the Bank and the Merchant, according to the present Rules. 5.2. Persons under item 2.3 may participate in the Promotional Campaign.
6. MECHANISM OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN 6.1. Each participant who fulfills the conditions under item 5 participates in the Campaign and automatically receives a discount on the price of a service used in the mobile application „Sheareascoot“ for the duration of the Campaign.
7. MECHANISM OF THE CAMPAIGN 7.1. During the Campaign period, a discount of 50% is provided from the price per minute of rental services in the Shearescoot mobile application. The discount is valid for all the Merchant’s customers who have made a payment with Fibank debit and/or credit cards in the „Sheareascoot“ application. The price per minute of rental after the discount will be BGN 0.195 (from BGN 0.39 to BGN 0.195 per minute) after the initial fee.
8. TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN 8.1. Fibank has the irrevocable right to terminate the Promotional Campaign at any time for any reason. In these cases, no compensation is due to participants.
9. LIABILITY 9.1. Fibank is not responsible and cannot be involved as a party in lawsuits related to inability to use, receive the prize, inability to participate in the campaign due to reasons beyond its control. 9.2. Fibank is not responsible for technical problems related to participation in the Campaign, if they are not the fault of the Bank, and is not responsible for the actions of third parties, service providers, merchants for whose services discounts are provided, etc.
10. PERSONAL DATA 10.1. Fibank is a personal data controller that processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 („General Data Protection Regulation“). Detailed information on the purposes and legal basis for the processing of personal data; the categories of recipients of personal data; the period for which the personal data will be stored; the rights of data subjects in relation to the processing of their personal data by the Bank, as well as information on the manner in which they can be exercised; contact details of the data protection officer and any other information that the General Data Protection Regulation requires to be provided to subjects is available on Fibank’s website www.fibank.bg, as well as on paper in each office of Fibank.
11. DISPUTES 11.1. All disputes arising between the Bank and the Participants in the Promotional Campaign will be settled by mutual agreement. In the event that this is not possible, the parties have the right to refer the dispute to the competent Bulgarian court in the city of Sofia under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. 11.2. These Rules are binding on all participants in the Promotional Campaign and the decisions of the Promoter are final on all matters related to the Promotional Campaign.
